I love helping individuals find the tools to move out of fear and shame into freedom. I have been a professional counselor since 2007 and have been a certified EMDR therapist since 2021 and I’m trained in the Integrated EMDR and IFS model. The core of my work has been helping individuals let go of the way anxiety and past trauma can trap us. My goal is to help you find the steps to move forward in your work and your relationships with courage, compassion, and clarity.

This 15 minute call will give you a chance to ask your questions, hear about what therapy services I provide, and help you get a sense of whether this therapy will be the right fit for your needs.

Intake Appointment
$180
This 90 minute intake telehealth session will give us a more in-depth look at your needs, your strengths, and what your hopes are for therapy. At the end of this session, we’ll look at options for therapy and make a plan to get started.
All telehealth appointments are conveniently conducted over a secure zoom link.
Individual Sessions
$150
These telehealth sessions last approximately 50 minutes and will actively address the pain that is bringing you in to therapy using an integrated approach.

What is EMDR therapy?
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) helps you release the pain of past events, allows your brain to process emotions and body sensations that have been pushed down or avoided for too long, and move forward with more adaptable beliefs about yourself and the world.
